Thank you for booking and ordering copies of your photos at Alexandria Kara! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Shipping Policy. BEWARE: these terms and conditions MAY NOT APPLY IF cash only is being accepted, thus all transactions and deliveries of the copies must be done in person. 

RETURN POLICY

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In order to cancel, you must cancel within 7 days before the photoshoot by contacting me and completing the Cancellation Forum. Then ‘CANCEL’ will be written on your contract once you’ve confirmed with me and have filled out the Cancellation Forum. The Cancellation Forum is to ensure the authenticity of the cancellation and to avoid liability issues. Please keep in mind that if you do wish to reschedule, you will need to contact me, fill out the Cancellation Forum, and book again.

No Return & No Refund

Printed and digital copies are not eligible for return, thus REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. You will NOT be reimbursed due to inefficient service, dissatisfaction, unexpected rescheduling/cancellations, nor any other circumstance.

PAYMENT METHOD

The only acceptable payment method is cash. Therefore, payment must be made before the day of the services. If your digital or printed copies are being delivered via PO, APO, or FPO addresses, then credit cards and debit cards will be acceptable. However, due to our lack in technological resources at the moment, these copies must be delivered in person within 2-7 business days after the photoshoot. 

WHOLESOME INQUIRIES

In order to add your question to the FAQ page, you must contact me and put 'FAQ' in the subject or the beginning of your message. This will benefit my other clients.
